The Event Concept Development Workshop will have identified clear objectives and set up a framework for Event Planning. The Event Planning process will turn your vision into an accountable project via the development of:

  • Strategic Plans
  • Critical Path
  • Budgets
  • Revenue Projections
  • Marketing Plans
  • Event Program

Once tasks, responsibilities and time-lines are agreed upon by all parties, 360 Degree Events will act as the Project Manager; completing tasks allocated to 360 Degree Events but also providing advice and monitoring the progress of others (Committee Members, Planning Team, etc) to ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

Financial Planning

To ensure that your event achieves its financial objectives; be that to break-event or to make a profit, a solid understanding of the costs that will be incurred along the way is vital. 360 Degree Events will provide valuable insight, identifying budget line items, seeking quotes and negotiating best price.

Revenue projections will also be made taking into account potential funding, commercial sponsorships, exhibitions, registrations, door sales and merchandise opportunities.

Profit and Loss Statements along with Cash Flow Projections will be generated and frequently monitored to ensure that financial objectives are achieved.

A dedicated bank account can be set up to manage event expenses and collect registration fees.
